1. Orders & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Browse any product, click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout. Fill in your billing/shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your purchase.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking or Order number via email once your order is shipped. You can also go to My Account > Orders to view the latest status.
What are your shipping options?
- Standard Delivery (3–7 business days in Sweden)
- Express Shipping (Next-day in select cities)
- International Shipping available to most countries
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact our support team with your order number. We’ll assist with tracking or replacing it.
2. Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window for physical items. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I request a return?
Go to My Account > Orders, select the relevant order, and click Request Return. Follow the instructions to generate a return label (if eligible). Or Send us an email at product@blsdluxe.com
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
3. Account & Settings
How do I create an account?
Click on Sign Up in the top-right corner and fill in your details. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a verification link.
How can I reset my password?
Click Login > Lost your password? Enter your email to receive a password reset link.
Can I update my shipping address or payment method?
Yes. Go to My Account > Addresses to update your billing/shipping info, or Payment Methods to edit saved cards.
Kindly Note that you are responsible for the security of your login details as we have no access to your login information.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- PayPal
- Flutterwave
- Cash on Delivery
- Bank Transfer (for local orders)
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways. Your personal and financial data are never stored on our servers.
Why was my payment declined?
Make sure your card details are correct, your bank hasn’t blocked the transaction, or try a different method. If the problem persists, contact your bank or our support team via email at info@blsdluxe.com.
5. Products & Availability
Are your products always in stock?
We update stock daily, but high-demand items may sell out quickly. If something is out of stock, you can request an email notification when it’s available again.
Can I request a custom product?
In select categories (like personalized items), yes. Please contact us with your request, and we’ll let you know if customization is available.
